For the couscous
15ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp chilli flakes
4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
4 tbsp kalamata olives, chopped
500ml chicken stock
350g pack couscous
Salt and pepper
200g feta cheese, crumbled

For the chicken
4 (200g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
15ml olive oil
15g butter
For the sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
120ml white wine
1/2 lemon, juiced
6 tbsp julienned sun-dried tomatoes
4 tbsp roughly chopped kalamata olives
30g butter
150g feta cheese, crumbled, for garnish
