¾ cup (175 mL) packed brown sugar

½ cup (125 mL) soft butter

1 - 2 Tbsp (15 to 30 mL) cinnamon

 

Dough

1 ½ cups (375 mL) hot water

1 cup (250 mL) milk

½ cup + 2 tbsp (155 mL) granulated sugar

½ cup (125 mL) butter

1 tsp (5 mL) salt

1 cup (250 mL) lukewarm water

2 Tbsp (30 mL) sugar

21g active dry yeast

6 - 7 cups (1.5 to 1.75 L) all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp (15 mL) melted butter, for brushing dough
