1/4 cup malted milk powder, such as Horlicks
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
660ml stout, such as Guinness, at room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
