Baked Salmon with Black Ink Pasta Salad

Sriracha Baked Salmon:

1 kg farmed salmon
Pinch smoked flaked sea salt
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
1 ½ tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
75 g cashew nuts, roughly chopped 
12 red salad (spring) onions, chopped (including the green and red part)
3 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
1 tbsp fish sauce 
2 tsp sriracha sauce 
1 tbsp honey

Pasta Salad:

150 g black ink pasta
3 cups boiling water
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
75 g cashew nuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
8 red spring onions, chopped
1 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp tomato sauce
125 ml chicken stock 
1 tbsp soy sauce
