Red Mezze with Butternut Hummus

1 medium butternut peeled, seeded, cubed and roasted  
2 cloves garlic, crushed with the peel on
Pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
125ml chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp tahini paste
Juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp ground cumin, toasted
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Pomegranate rubies 
Dash olive oil

400g feta cheese
100g marinated olives, stoned
100g peppadews
60g sundried tomatoes sliced 
60g roasted red peppers, 
200g peppered salami
¼ tsp chilli flakes
3 pita breads cut into 8 wedges
