
Tropical sorbet:
250 ml pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
1 large ripe mango, cubed
125 ml honey
125 ml lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Green lemonade:
250 g kale
6 green apples, halved
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced
2 celery sticks
½ cucumber
5 cm piece ginger
juice of ½ lime
Mix with 500 g crushed ice
