Feta and Spinach Balls with Watermelon Carpaccio

       1 packet of Feta cheese

       2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach, about 200 grams

       ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg

       Black pepper

       ½ teaspoon dried oregano

       1 cup plain flour

       2 eggs whisked with a dash of water

       2 cups breadcrumbs

       Thin slices of watermelon

       1 tablespoon of coarse salt - for salting the watermelon

       Vegetable oil - enough to deep-fry the balls

       Couple of pinches of ground chilli

       Few pinches fresh mint sliced

       Squeeze of lemon juice

       Drizzle of olive oil
