Cranberry Nut Cookies with Ice Cream and Passion Fruit Sauce

  •     350g unsalted butter, cut into pieces

  •     Cold water to bind

    For the sauce:

  •     5 passion fruit, halved
  •     80ml shop bought passion fruit juice
  •     1 tbsp caster sugar
  •     Vanilla ice cream
