Ingredients

For the chilli oil:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes

For the tomato sauce:

  • 450g Campari tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Anaheim chilli pepper, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the seafood pasta:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 450g linguini or spaghetti
  • 450g large prawns, shelled and deveined
  • Salt
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 225g clams, scrubbed
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • Freshly ground black pepper
