Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 18 whole chocolate biscuits
  • 170g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt

For the filling:

  • 900g packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups homemade sweet potato puree
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 6 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

For the marshmallow topping:

  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup double cream
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • Non-stick cooking spray
