Ingredients

For the panna cotta:

  • 220g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
  • 400ml whipping  cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom, ground
  • 3 gelatine leaves

For the rose syrup :

  • 6 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom, ground
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime

To serve:

  • Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, slivered
  • Rose petals
  • Mint leaves
