5 g fresh basil, stems removed plus extra for garnishing

1/2 yellow pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil - extra for garnish
Juice of a lemon wedge (1 1/2 Tbsp)
1-2 Tbsp Tomato puree
4 tbsp / ¼ cup water
