Ingredients

For the salsa:

1 x 400g can whole tomatoes

1 x 280g can diced tomatoes with chillies

1/4 cup fresh coriander (or more to taste)

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1 small clove garlic, minced

1/2 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Kosher salt

Juice of 1/2 lime

 

For the pizza:

500g sliced bacon

1 tablespoon vegetable oil, plus more for the baking sheet

1 red pepper, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

500g store-bought bread dough

350g mozzarella cheese, grated

8 large eggs

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
