1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and skinned

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup water

 

Filling:

225g mascarpone cheese, room temperature

1 cup cream

3/4 cup icing sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Topping:

1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon orange zest
