Ingredients

For the cookie dough base:

110g unsalted butter

75g caster sugar

1 egg yolk

½ tsp vanilla extract

150g plain flour

30g dark chocolate chips

 

For the brownie mix:

225g plain chocolate (35–45 % cocoa solids)

225g unsalted butter

3 large eggs

225g caster sugar

75g self-raising flour

1/2 tsp salt

225g plain chocolate – chopped into small chunks

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

For the topping:

40g mini marshmallows

40g salted pretzels, crushed
