Ingredients

For the Ganache:

590g dark chocolate

500ml heavy cream

55g unsalted butter, cut into pieces, softened

60ml orange liqueur or raspberry vodka (optional)

 

For the Coating:

1360g dark chocolate, chopped

2 cups cocoa powder, sifted

2 1/2 cups shredded coconut, toasted

2 cups nuts, toasted and finely chopped
