For the crust:

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

For the topping:

200g shredded coconut (about 2 cups)

1 1/2 cups pecans

170g unsalted butter

4 large egg yolks

1 1/3 cups sugar

1 x 336g can evaporated milk

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

For the cheesecake:

224g milk chocolate, chopped

3 x 225g packages cream cheese, at room temperature

1 cup sugar

3 large eggs

1/4 cup   cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
