55g dark brown sugar, approximately 1/4 cup firmly packed

3 large eggs

170g plain yogurt

170g vegetable oil


Cream Cheese Frosting:

225g cream cheese

56g unsalted butter, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

250g icing sugar, sifted, approximately 2 cups
