Dash almond extract

226g croissant dough

2 tablespoons water, for brushing

Sliced almonds, for sprinkling

Icing sugar, for dusting

 

Cheese Croissants

½ cup coarsely grated cheddar cheese, plus extra for sprinkling

1½ tablespoons cake flour

226g croissant dough

2 tablespoons water, for brushing

 

Pain Au Chocolat

226g croissant dough

35g dark chocolate, chopped or chocolate chips

2 tablespoons of water, for brushing

Turbinado sugar, for sprinkling
