2 tablespoons mayonnaise

One x 225g salmon fillet (preferably with skin), cut into 4 equal pieces

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

2 cups very thinly sliced cabbage (about 1/4 small head)

1 firm-ripe avocado, sliced

2 spring onions, thinly sliced

2 sheets toasted seaweed snack or kale chips, cut into thin strips

1 lemon, quartered into wedges
