For the Labneh:

2 litres strained yoghurt

4 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


For the Sauce:

500g raspberries

4 tablespoons icing sugar


For the Topping:

10 strawberries, sliced

300g raspberries

50g blueberries

4 teaspoons honey, to drizzle over


For the Garnish:

2 tablespoons pistachio nibs, chopped, to sprinkle

A few small mint leaves, to garnish
